MOQ, Samples, and Approvals
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) and sampling fees are specified per product. Pre-production samples or digital proofs may be provided; client approval is required before mass production. Variations within industry tolerances are considered acceptable.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials provided by HB Shaper remain our or our licensors’ intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
Confidentiality

Shipping, Risk, and Customs
Shipping terms (e.g., Incoterms) are specified per order. Risk of loss passes according to the agreed terms. Client is responsible for customs clearance, duties, and local regulatory compliance.
Force Majeure
HB Shaper is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where HB Shaper operates and delivers services, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
